Heather Graham, 53, has full-frontal sex scene while possessed in raunchy horror film

Ageless Hollywood beauty Heather Graham has a full-frontal sex scene in a terrifying new horror flick.

The 53-year-old actress plays psychiatrist Dr Elizabeth Derby in the film, titled Suitable Flesh, which sees her romp with one of her patients, Asa, who believes he's suffering with a personality disorder. Despite being married, Dr Derby ends up bonking Asa in bed, but she doesn't realise he's actually possessed by a demon.

Steamy scenes show Dr Derby straddling Asa in bed before she's taken over by the demon. Her eyes go wide with shock as she's possessed by the evil spirit.

It was years before the project was accepted by studios as they feared it was too sexy for the big screen. But the film's director Joe Lynch insisted the bonking was crucial to the story.

He told Rolling Stone: "The sex part was going to be so tantamount to how we were going to tell the story and how character-based it was. It was, in a way, a character of the film."

It's clear Lynch wanted "fearless" Heather in his film. He said: "I was just so intrigued by the idea of Heather not just playing straight, but the possibilities of unleashing her onto these other roles, too.

"I was a fan of Heather’s, obviously, from Boogie Nights and Austin Powers and Bowfinger. Especially Boogie Nights." Earlier this year, Heather said she has no regrets about her decision to not have children.

She told People: "I think we all have different paths. You just have to embrace the one that you’re on. If, somehow, I had had kids, I’m sure that would’ve been cool. But at the moment, not having kids, I do feel free. And I get a lot of sleep. That is pretty great."

She added: "Like as a woman, culturally, you’re not allowed to say, ‘I didn’t want to have kids. Because it’s like, what’s wrong with you?'” But in this day and age, “women are getting more free to just make their own choices."

Heather explained she treats some of her film projects like kids. She added: "I do sometimes feel like my projects are little kids; I have started to get more involved in producing and writing and directing."
