Jason Kelce talking about Twilight for almost 8 full minutes is 'phenomenal'

In today’s episode of Jason Kelce shocking fans with his talents, he’s shown he has the ability to speak about the Twilight Saga for 8 long minutes, even if no one wants to listen. *Cough* Travis Kelce.

Former NFL star Jason Kelce has shown the world he’s a man of many talents. From football to podcasting, to singing, he can do it all. Recently, he unearthed yet another talent, being able to talk about the Twilight Saga for eight minutes straight with no pauses.

Jason Kelce thinks the Twilight Saga ‘shouldn’t exist’

However, it was a ‘slow news day’ back in June when the 36-year-old was trapped inside his house due to the Canadian wildfires.

Stuck on things to do, Jason informed his brother that he watched all five of the Twilight movies which were “absolutely terrible”. However, it didn’t stop him from rambling on for almost ten minutes.

As his younger bro isn’t as familiar with the films, he proceeds to explain the whole plot, before the Chiefs star interrupts by asking: “Are you Team Edward or Team Jacob?”

“I’m Team this movie shouldn’t exist,” Jason hilariously replies.

The former Philadelphia Eagles player then proceeded to explain the entire plot of the saga to Trav, who was blatantly disinterested. He even tried to tell his brother to stop at times, but it was going in through one ear, out through the other.

At one point, it all got too much for the Super Bowl winner who removes his headphones so he doesn’t have to listen, but it looks like his brother doesn’t even notice as he’s determined to finish the plot.

“I am CRYING. We need this to be an ongoing segment where Jason explains absurd pop culture things to Travis,” commented one fan.

Another laughed: “No one knows how to torture you better than your sibling. Jason is the GOAT for giving this monologue without breaking up himself.”

The former NFL star has acting credits himself

Although he doesn’t look like he’ll be getting a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame anytime soon, Jason may be more qualified than you’re average Joe in critiquing movies.

Last month, just before announcing his retirement, the 36-year-old made a surprise cameo on ABC’s sitcom Abbott Elementary, and his younger brother was over the moon. “Holy s***, Jason, you’re on that f****** Abbott Elementary premiere!” he proudly exclaimed on the podcast. “Quinta [Brunson]’s awesome, dude. I love that show.”

On top of that, he even has credit for featuring in an episode of It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia. Now he’s retired from football, we know what his next job could be!
